Probably ONLY Angelina Jolie could pull this off. A female Jason Bourne type character. I don't mean that in a sexist way, but really, she just fits those action roles for a woman like no other woman around today. And she is so good in this role.

Jolie plays Evelyn Salt, who is accused of being a Russian spy. She escapes from the CIA - where she is an agent and is being detained until they decide if she really is a spy or a Russian mole. It's action from minute one, and, a little of a twist as well.

I felt I had seen this movie somewhere in - like - 6 movies at least, maybe more. But it was still fun. And definitely set up to have a sequel - or 2, or 3.

Good summer flick.
